Welcome to the Blue Moon Marketing Inc. Referral Program (“Program”). By participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
- The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
- Employees, contractors, affiliates, or agents of Blue Moon Marketing Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How the Program Works
- To participate, you must complete the referral form on Blue Moon Marketing Inc.’s website, providing accurate contact information for the person you are referring (“Referral”).
- If the Referral becomes a paid client of Blue Moon Marketing Inc., the referrer will receive a $100 CAD Amazon gift card as a reward.
- The Referral must be a new client to Blue Moon Marketing Inc. and not an existing or previous client.
3. Referral Requirements
- Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form on Blue Moon Marketing Inc.’s website.
- The Referral’s contact information must be accurate and truthful.
- Blue Moon Marketing Inc. reserves the right to verify the Referral’s status and eligibility.
4. Reward Details
- The $100 CAD Amazon gift card will be sent to the referrer’s email address within 30 days after the Referral becomes a paid client.
- The gift card is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.
- Only one reward will be issued per Referral.
- Blue Moon Marketing Inc. reserves the right to substitute the reward with another item of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
5. Limitations
- Referrals resulting from self-referral, fake, or fraudulent information will be disqualified.
- Blue Moon Marketing Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any participant who abuses or tampers with the Program.
- Multiple referrals from the same referrer are allowed, provided each Referral meets the eligibility requirements.
6. Privacy
- By submitting a Referral, you consent to Blue Moon Marketing Inc. collecting and using the Referral’s contact information solely for the purposes of contacting them about our services and administering the Program.
- Referrers and Referrals agree to Blue Moon Marketing Inc.’s privacy policy.
7. Program Changes and Termination
- Blue Moon Marketing Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
- Any changes will not affect rewards already earned prior to the change.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Blue Moon Marketing Inc. is not responsible for any technical issues, lost referrals, or other errors that may affect your participation.
- Participation is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Moon Marketing Inc. disclaims all warranties and liability.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
- Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia.
